ARGENTIUM STERLING SILVER

This SILVER is tarnish resistant and does keep its shine and bright appearance longer than Sterling Silver. However all Silver does oxidize eventually. This is caused by elements in the air, body oils, and sweat, etc. When you notice your Argentium jewelry has a dull, non shiny look you can polish it with a SOFT CLOTH. There are also JEWELRY CLOTHS/PADS that work. I have CLEANING PADS in my "Jewelry Care Collection" that work really well. I use them for my jewelry all the time.

To help keep oxidation at bay... it is a good idea to store your jewelry in a closed jewelry box to keep too much air getting at it. Putting your pieces in small ZIPLOCK sealed bags works good too. I have ANTI- TARNISH squares in my "Jewelry Care Collection" that work very well. You put them in your jewelry box or your ZIPLOCKS with your jewelry and they help absorb some of the elements in the air surrounding your jewelry. I also use these myself.

Finally... Taking your jewelry off at the end of the day and not wearing it in the bath/shower, will help your Silver stay shiny and bright.

NATURAL GEMSTONES

A lot of my GEMSTONES come with a lovely polished surface when I buy them. Some however have a rough "DRUZY" or non-polished surface. To ensure your NATURAL GEMSTONES remain in the same condition you received them, it is a good idea to store them at the end of the day in your jewelry box OR small ZIPLOCK plastic bags. AVOID wearing your GEMSTONES in the bath/shower.
