These smooth teardrop shaped Smoky Quartz gemstones are very eye catching. The translucent quality of these gemstones is really pretty. I have made the hammered frames for these gemstones with tarnish resistant Argentium Sterling Silver wire, and attached the stones to them. Hammering the frame gives it strength and adds sparkle to the design.
